Shipping & Returns

Shipping exemptions

Unfortunately shipping is not available to all locations within Australia. Shipping is generally not available to remote and off-mainland postcodes in SA, QLD & WA. This will usually be due to: (1) couriers not offering delivery of bulky items to these locations or (2) courier companies charging an unusually high surcharge that makes delivery to these locations uneconomic. Shipping surcharge to W.A. addresses

We no longer offer free shipping on items shipped to Western Australia. Items are dispatched from our warehouses on the East Coast, so CoopsDirect charges a flat $20 delivery fee due to courier costs being higher because of the distance to WA. Occasionally this delivery fee is waived during sale periods.

Returns Policy

We want happy customers! If you change your mind you may return any new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked. (Buyer pays postage).

If you receive a wholly defective item we'll offer a FULL REFUND and we'll also pay the return shipping costs. We may ask you for some details such as a photo or other information about the issue before approving your refund. If a part has been damaged in transit, we will replace the part FREE of charge and courier it you immediately.

Refunds are usually completed less than 2 weeks after giving your package to the return courier, and we'll also be doing everything possible to provide your refund even more quickly than that. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1-3 business days).

If you have any problems, or you need the refund urgently - please give us a call and we'll make every effort to speed up the process!

If you need to return an item, simply call us for instructions. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We currently only ship within Australia.

Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre (located in Melbourne) within 1 business day of your order/payment. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay, we will contact you by phone and/or e-mail to let you know, so that you can make a decision to proceed or to cancel your order free of charge.



Please note that these timeframes are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes as we rely on a third party (courier companies) to provide this service.

Coops Direct work with ALLIED EXPRESS, HUNTER EXPRESS, TOLL IPEC & AUSTRALIA POST couriers depending on which is available in each area.


Special Delivery Instructions

CoopsDirect cannot authorise parcels to to be left without signature, however it may be possible for you to arrange this with the courier company directly after the item is dispatched and you have the consignement number. If you have any questions about this, please e-mail us before your item is dispatched.

Track Your Parcel

A consignment number & courier details will be provided to you via e-mail when your item is dispatched, with a web address which you can use to track delivery of your order online.

Undeliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, Coops Direct will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address

Your personal information could be collected while you visit our website, when you deal with us over the telephone, send us correspondence (could be by letter, fax or email), or when you have contact with us in person. No personal information will be collected by us without your consent. We consider that your consent is granted when you complete the fields necessary to facilitate a transaction through this website. See our Privacy Policy for further information.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

Our courier will contact you in advance to ensure you're going to be at the delivery address at the date/time they deliver your product. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection! A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.

The expected time delivery given above is for reference only. Rarely, a delivery may take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days please contact Coops Direct and we will immediately investigate and resolve.
